From now on I will show you things that make me happy every Monday, just to make the Mondays a little easier and also, so that you can get to know me a little bit better.
Breakfast in bed.. I really love it to slowly wake up and enjoy my breakfast including a cup of tea in bed.
There are a couple of things I eat for breakfast: Granola with soj yoghurt and fruit, healthy breakfast muffins (recipe from Rens Kroes), overnight oats or smoothies.
Early in the morning I am just not that hungry and I am really bad with eating at these moments.
For me the breakfast muffins are just perfect for early wake up calls because they are not to heavy, and you can grab them right away.
